After 3 years of working at the company I did my Praxis partnership with, Tim Chermak, CEO and Founder of Platform Marketing, reached out to me to poach me to help him grow his marketing agency for realtors.
He courted me, really, having me come down to Naples, FL, for a weekend to be wined and dined while he pitched me on why joining Platform, and leaving my other company, would be a great decision.
And it was. I haven't looked back and have recently become a Partner in the company.
